I’ve had surgery, I take the vitamins, I exercise, I have unprotected sexual intercourse. 
How long did it take for everyone to conceive? I’m 35. I know time isn’t exactly on my side. Who has conceived at 35 or later naturally?

Started at 35, pregnant immediately that resulted in an early loss, continued trying after a month recovery and successfully conceived at 36. All in all it took about a year. Most of my friends who tried after 30 have roughly the same story.

I did IVF at 38.  Believe me 35 is still a good age to conceive. Has your partner’s morphology, motility and count been tested? These are very important.

Do you use opks to pinpoint ovulation and temp to confirm it actually occurred, then time sex accordingly?
