Twin stillbirth

I just lost my rainbow twins at 24 weeks. It’s hard knowing how much my husband and I wanted and longed for these babies, and how happy my family was to meet them. I want to take some time off from work I just can’t bare people asking me what happened knowing I’m just 2 weeks I was no longer pregnant. How much time were you able to take off of work to grieve. Was it hard to think about trying to conceive again?
