Anyone else had to deal with a toxic MIL? How do you cope/deal with it? Finding it very hard at the moment to bite my tongue... especially when I see how her behaviour is affecting my OH

They have had chats but it always ends in her just screaming at him, telling him how shit she thinks he is and her not listening to him.

We’re looking to move out in the next couple of months but the atmosphere is awful right now...
