I can appreciate someone being attractive, but they don’t stick in my mind for more than  second. My SO is definitely the most attractive person in my eyes

Sure! Recognizing someone is attractive isn’t scandalous, it’s human. It doesn’t mean you are interested or wanting anything with the person just because you think to yourself ‘wow, that is a good looking human!’ Haha. I have been out with my husband and we have both pointed out good looking people to each other (both male and female from both of us), and it’s a non issue for us. I think it is more about how secure you make your partner feel first.
If you just stare awkwardly, start flirting or fantasizing, or make any action towards the person to show you are interested, then that all could definitely be crossing a line.

Maybe on an artistic point of view. Like- I like their shirt or something, but as in I’m actually attracted to them, no. 
I’ve had people think I was lying about finding someone attractive. But I have to get to know someone on a more personal level before I can find a person attractive, if that makes sense. I think there’s a word for it, but I can’t think of what it is.
