Foreplay yay or nay?

I hope this isn’t TMI for anyone but when my husband and I are intimate he fingers me for a few minutes while I’m stroking him and then once he is ready to have sex he pulls me on top and then we do it. I want to have a little bit more foreplay before we get down and dirty cuz I sometimes don’t always finish and I feel like foreplay helps me stay wet longer and helps me get in the mood. We used to have our youngest sleeping in a crib in our room with us but now that he is out we don’t have to rush to have sex and I want to be to make our intimacy last longer. I just want to be able to have fun with my husband rather than rushing just to get it over with and have him being the only one who gets a release. Does anyone else feel like this or is it just me? I don’t think my husband is much for foreplay. Should I say something to him?
