I'm not sure where to post this but I need help. I have a 10 month (I'm a first time mom) and he recently learned how to pull himself up to standing in his crib. While I'm happy he is at this milestone it presents a new scary problem for us. He can't get back down, he lets go and looks like Rose on the Titanic you know the 'king of the world' but falls backwards. His crib is a straight wood headboard at the back and he smacks his head. We go in there and lie him down but he thinks it is a game now and continues to do it. I've read different things about what to do mainly letting him try to figure it out for 10 minutes or so but I just can't let him hit his head continually right? We do practice during the on how to get down but that doesn't seem to be helping yet. Help.
