How do you know when you ovulate?

I’m not sure how to figure it out, could someone let me know?

Take ovulation tests.

You need to take opks to pinpoint ovulation and temp to confirm it actually occurred. Without using those everything is a guess. You can’t rely on symptoms or cervical mucus as it does not determine anything but fertile or non fertile.

For me I get thick egg white like discharge. I keep track of it in my calender. Or take ovulation tests for a few months until you get a rough idea what time of your cycle you ovulate.
