Baby really sick after feedings and throws up

Could it be the formula? I don’t pump much milk at all I’m trying to increase supply. He maybe got 10 ml of breastmilk today but I noticed he didn’t throw it up right away like he does formula? He also gets really fussy like stomach hurts so much after feeding. Could it be the formula or is it probably something else.
