TMI WARNING

So I was spotting a little bit today (not on my period) but it was more than usual so I decided to put a tampon in. When I got home later that night I went to take my tampon out and found this on my tampon. I’m not sure what it is. I switched from 3 years of Junel (the pill) to Mirena (IUD) about 2 months ago and have been having irregular periods while I’m adjusting to it.

P.S. I’m sexually active and my boyfriend and I don’t use a condom and finishes inside me sometimes.
