Help: No Period but This Test

Help, I’m so confused. I have this pregnancy test and I think it says negative but my period is 4 days late. It normally comes on schedule. I also took a digital test and it said not pregnant. We’ve been TTC and seeing an RE. If I don’t have my period by next week, I’ll go in for a blood test. Any other suggestions?
