Getting Back up After a Chemical Miscarriage

Hi, everyone. I’m going through IVF and got a positive on my beta last week. My number was lowwww - only 25. I went back on Friday and my number was 31. I started to bleed from Thursday afternoon through Friday night. That with my low numbers, my doctor and nurse think that it’s a chemical miscarriage. How do you pick yourself back up after that? I’m scared to try another cycle, get excited, and have the same outcome again. I guess it’s a good thing that my body can get pregnant and it was most likely an abnormality with the embryo. I find that I’m struggling a little. I had never been pregnant and then as quickly as I got what I wanted so badly, it was taken away from me. I’d love to hear of any advice on how to deal with it and move forward.
