6wks small bleed with a small clot : TMI comments

Currently 6wk 1d with baby 2 after our third round of FET IVF. Yesterday at 12:30 I went to the bathroom and there was blood. Mostly just on my toilet paper but obviously when I peed there was some that went into the bowl. Ten minutes later I went again, and this time it was just on toilet paper but still red period blood. Then about five minutes later I had a BM and didn’t push at all( have had loose stool all week thanks to hormones) and a tiny dime size clot came out. After that I put a pad on, and I monitored my blood loss. There was literally only one tiny drop after three hours and two after five hours. I had dull period cramps and a dull lower back ache like I did all week throughout the day and night. Pad is clean this morning and for the most part feel ok— except like I want to puke from the unknown of what is going on. I had a miscarriage in February and literally had no cramping or bleeding. I’m on a PIO shots and oral estrace. Anyone have anything like this happen and it be ok? Trying to hold out hope since I only bled for like a half hour and it never pooled in my underwear or pad. Super hard though after recent loss. I left a message with my RE but obviously it was Sunday and they were closed. Waiting on them to call me back.
