Drug test during birth

Okay, I just want to start off by saying this... I am not a bad person at all. I love my unborn with all my heart! This will be my first child but I have some concerns. Beginning of my pregnancy and before I even found out I was pregnant I was addicted to percocets. I can say throughout my whole pregnancy I took about 3 pills. It’s very hard when you’re addicted. My intentions were never to harm my unborn child but I’m so scared that when I give birth the doctors will see that in the baby’s poop but not in my system because I’ve been clean for a while now. I’ve been having prenatal care and going to my appt, the nurses know about my addiction because I was truly honest up front but all they did was tell me I shouldn’t take pills because they can harm the baby. I’m so scared... I know they won’t find any drugs in my urine or blood because I haven’t taken a pill since I was 19 maybe 20 weeks and I am now 29 weeks. Can someone please give me some advice, Share your story, or let me know something. I will be delivering at OSU hospital. I’m from central Ohio.
