C section the second time..?

I have an 11 month old. I’m 8 weeks pregnant and I had an emergency c section with her. Do I have to get another C Section again because I didn’t wait 18 months-24 months to get  pregnant again?

The risk of rupture is higher if you attempt a vbac  (vaginal birth after cesarean) less than 18 months after your c-section. If you are ~2 months along and gave birth 11 months ago that means you’ll be right around 18 months after when you give birth again, so I would guess it’s very likely you’ll have to do a c-section again.
However, it will most likely depend on your doctor. Some doctors won’t recommend doing vbac at all, some doctors allow it but have certain guidelines. It can from practice to practice.
