It's been four years since my last pregnancy so I can't remember what I felt and when! I'm 34 weeks and baby has been lying transverse. I think he finally moved to either normal or breech 2 days ago as I had sharp pains for 30 mins or so then felt his movements at bottom and top of my bump instead of sides. But since then I've had a rock hard bump and lower back ache. At first I thought braxton hicks or his new position but it's been constant. Plus nausea suddenly returned and boobs are leaking more. Anyone feeling the same?
