How many hours of napping time does your toddler take?

She’s 19 months. Her naps are at least 1.5 hours and 3 hours at most. We usually average about 2.5 hours although she is still going through the 18 month sleep regression which has affected her naps... she’s been going about an hour with the occasional 2 hour nap.

My guy usually takes a 2-3 hour afternoon nap. But, he sleeps 10 hours at night (8p to 6a) so he's not sleeping 12 hours at night like I see a lot of parents reporting 🤷‍♀️

Depends on how active we have been. If we ran around all morning, played, climbed, ect...or if she just didn't sleep well the night before it can be a 2-3 hr nap. If we have been less active usually 60-90 min. 18 months old currently

We are 19 months here and he takes about a half hour to a hour half some times 2 hours depending on how the day is going
