Bleeding ?

Im 5w and 6days today & I wiped & got this ! I’m not cramping or anything but I’m so petrified. Anyone else get this ?

Could be normal early pregnancy spotting. Keep an eye on it incase it turns red and u r cramping. And mention it to ur doctor so they know
