Infected umbilical cord?

I already called pediatrician but has any had this happen to there baby umbilical cord? I’ve kept it very clean so I’m wondering if it could really even be any infection?

You can use alcohol on cotton swabs to help dry it up and keep it from smelling or getting infected. My pediatrician told me to do so

This looks pretty normal? The cord stump dries up and shrivels before falling off. Usually has a gross smell-it is literally rotting. Red flags are redness around the belly button, foul smelling pus, and tenderness around the area.
