Did I had a miscarriage?

This came out of me Thursday after noon I thought I was on my period because I’m on birth control pills but my cramps were horrible. I started bleeding more than normal.

That looks like uterine lining. It can come out like that from time to time. It’s normal. I wouldn’t say it’s a miscarriage though unless you had a positive pregnancy test.

It just look like normal tissue from you lining, I get it from time to time have a few the size of my fist doctors never been worried when I’ve showed them, but if your concerned get booked in and checked over x

Looks like tissue. If you didn't test positive and your period came on time that is not a miscarriage.
