Fluid foot
Apologies my foot looks gross but I’m 28 weeks pregnant and my feet are getting very sore. In my job I am on my feet all day and I’m wondering if this is fluid in my heels? What can I do to help this? The colour looks weird
Should I not be on my feet all day? Any advice appreciated. Thanks ladies
