Pregnant on Copper IUD??

Question

Has anyone ever fallen pregnant on the copper IUD? If so did the baby survive? I've just heard that the copper IUD can also be used for emergency contraception so I'm curious if this has ever actually happened..

It is used to prevent pregnancy in sexual attack victims, because plan B is not effective in all cases, then they try to insert C-IUD asap, and it works very well. Basically, it is truly hard for embryo to survive, and that is because of copper.
I personally know a person, who got pregnant on it, but she actually dislocated her IUD somehow herself. It was in, but not correctly.
