Is this labour?!

I am 36 weeks 4 days. I had a sweep done today as I previously had an emergency c section with my daughter at 34 weeks, and since I want a vbac my OB wanted to avoid going over due. After my sweep I’ve been crampy and having a fair amount of back ache. I was 2cm dilated, 50% effaced at my appointment. I’ve been feeling a lot of Braxton Hicks (I think?) contraction since but they picked up so much in frequency I started timing them. They aren’t painful except mild backache. Is this it?
