What helps y’all get pregnant ? I’ve been trying for year

It took me a year and a half. I went threw an early miscarriage about 9 months in. It took a lot of getting my health on track. I should be about 38 weeks now.... Yesterday i found out i was 4 weeks pregnant when i had actually stopped trying and had broke off the previous toxic relationship and changed my lifestyle habits. I was actually trying not to get pregnant and it happened accidentally... With someone i was casually dating for only a few months. It did not happen under the best circumstances but i am honestly excited for the new chapter. I just turned 27 and this will be my first. It will happen in its own time. Stressing yourself out only makes getting pregnant a lot harder and your health and wellbeing is greatly important. Please don't give up! Best of luck and baby dust to you
