Anyone tried this brand?

Anyone tried this brand of myo-inositol that can tell me if it helped regulate their periods? :) I just ordered mine 2 days ago! I don’t ovulate frequently and experience spotting in between leading to my actual period. I’m hoping this could help regulate my cycles!
