Implantation is only said to be the possible cause of any bleeding when the source or cause can’t be found or determined. There’s not much evidence that shows it actually causes any physical symptoms, like bleeding or cramping, etc. mid-cycle spotting can happen due to a wide variety of causes, but is most commonly a result of shifting hormones or cervical irritation. Monitor it and take a test when/if you miss your period. Good luck to you.
