How often do you take your dog to the groomers?

I don’t anymore!!!
The one place I took my dogs got closed down because the lady was a crazy batch. Which was weird because she was nice to me. But one of the dogs she was grooming wouldn’t stop barking so she locked it in the chemical closet. Well, some chemicals fell on the dog and he burned so bad he died.
So never again.

Never, I groom my dog myself😭 I just cant trust anyone with my pup and have heard so many horror stories. But also bc my pup can be a pain sometimes which can cause harm to her. She’s really sweet with me and she doesn’t even let my husband groom her

When my dog was alive, I never took her to get groomed. She didn’t really have any hair issues, and I did her nails and everything myself.

He's a bit overly happy and will likely pee on the groomers... He has no bladder control when he's happy... He isn't vicious at all so I wouldn't have any worries I just feel sorry that they would be dealing with pee 😂

My dog gets a bath once a month, but only because he is an extra smelly boy 😅 sometimes we do it at home and sometimes we take him to a groomer

When I had a shih tzu I brought him every 6 weeks. If you had a short haired dog I think like once every 3 months would be plenty.
