So me and my ex have split custody. We live in the same neighborhood so the kids stay with me for a week and then him for a week. Then for holidays we switch between. Although sometimes his girlfriend will still invite me if it's their Holiday. I'm just wondering. Even though we have split custody and the boys spend equal time with us can I still put him on child support?
