What should I do?

I posted something previously but I was taking birth control (Avianne) pill and I didn’t take it for two days, oops. I’ve been bleeding ever since. I followed the instructions for missing pills once I realized but still bleeding. I don’t think it’s ever gonna stop. It’s as if my period is in a consistent flow. Not getting heavier, not getting lighter. Still enough to fill a tampon. I’m anemic too so I feel super weak because of this.
