Is this bloody mucous in baby’s poop?

i already called the doctor. waiting to hear back but is this bloody mucous ? baby has been exclusively formula fed for almost 3 weeks

It looks fine to me. When my LO was having bloody mucus poop (protein allergy) you could clearly see the blood and the poop was more of a shiny smooth texture (mucusy)

The stringy stuff is just undigested formula, looks like normal formula poop to me
