So my period was late and i got a BFN, so i was depressed and i decided to masturbate few times to relax. But after masturbating 2 days ago i was having on and off very light brown/pink discharge. Its been 3 days since the start of spotting, no sign of periods, still BFN and my nipples are still sore. Thats the only symptom i have.

Now i am scared that i might have some how effected the implanted embryo😭 because i was having white creamy cm till i masturbated.

The spotting is so little amount that it is only on wiping with a tissue.

And i believe its way past implantation time to it being implantation bleeding.

I have been trying for few years and all these negative thoughts are making me sad.
