Generic allergy meds ok?

Just generic seasonal allergy medication those little  pink pills are they ok? Im having fall allergies everytime i go outside with my son

Not all allergy medicines are safe. I usually take Allegra and I had to switch to Claritin for pregnancy. It’s hard to tell if they are safe unless you share the name of the drug.

Do you know what is inside them?
You don't need to have specific name brand medicine. Like for example tou don't need to buy tylenol, you can have any name madicine with acetaminophen instead. But you have to know if the ingridient is safe to take.
So just by describing "genetic pink pill" I would say no, not safe unless you know what you are taking.
