I hope this isn’t TMI but I’ve been very active with my partner lately. Today I’ve had light pinching cramps all on my right side and then this bleeding. I’m not due for af for 11 more days. I’m just wondering if I accidentally did it this month

I ovulated the same day as you and I’m experiencing the same thing. Unfortunately it’s too early to be anything pregnancy related though, I think for me at least it’s just residual ovulation cramps, which is something that can happen.

If you're only 3dpo you haven't implanted and if you did it would likely be an ectopic because it hasn't had time to make it out of your tube and into your uterus yet

You’re only 3dpo. It’s not implantation. It’s likely ovulation spotting. Implantation doesn’t occur until 6-12dpo and even then its not common.
