Butt folliculitis

I have never had a problem with acne except on one place on my body, my butt cheeks. However, no matter what I did or how I tried, I could never get my blemished butt (folliculitis) to clear up. I was mortified. Does anyone have this problem ? If so what did yall use to remove it.. please dont tell me where to go..
