Myo-Inositol & D-Chiro Inositol Blend

I am 48 and started this vitamins Aug 11. My periods were due on Jul 27 and all tests were negative. After starting this or not sure may be naturally my periods came on Aug 18. It was heavy than usual but after 6 days i m still having spotting and feeling weakness on my lower portion. I am taking vitamin d with this one. Any idea?my periods were always regular 28 days. Is it my age :(
