i been having smelly vagina for 2 months smells like fish sometimes itchs and i been to 3 diff doctors all the tests come back neg for infections and stds... i have nothing

... idk why... and i dont wash with soaps only water... also the gyncologst gave me antibotics and one refill but i cant take the white big pills i throw up alot everytime.. i told her she didnt listen to me at all 🤦🏻‍♀️ she gave me them just in case i do but the tests coming back negs... any adivce.. also my ph balance is off could it be that?? she told me get boric acid suppositoires..
