My 14 week old is EBF and up until now we’ve had hardly no diaper rash issues (maybe a little pink every few weeks or so), but today I changed her recently and her poor booty is SO red. I usually just use Desitin occasionally when she’s pink and it’s gone within the day, but this is crazy! We haven’t swapped anything and she’s been pooing normally (which seems like it would burn her skin because it’s always that yellow breastfed poo, but she never seems uncomfortable and we change her frequently. Anyone have any idea why this happened? Or anything I can try to help? I feel so bad for her. 😔
