Could she be on the spectrum?

Question

So my daughter is 23 months will be 2 in about two weeks. I feel like she’s verbally behind she says about 20 words probs a little bit more yet she would understand everything I tell her. She tends to have tantrums every time we take something from her or she doesn’t get her way, although I thought most toddlers were like that. 🤷🏽‍♀️ 
My mom brought to my attention that she likes to line stuff. So I researched that and it says toddlers without the spectrum may also line stuff up. I started watching her and she would line random toys in a different order every time and she didn’t care if I changed them back or not. I’m definitely going to talk to her pediatrician but I still don’t know what to think.

Tantrums are normal. And my first lined stuff up and sorted things and he isn't on the spectrum. 
At 23 months, it's very hard (where I live at least) to get anyone to evaluate for ASD. My 23 month old is very likely on the spectrum. His speech therapist agrees with me, but they don't want to do an evaluation until he is 3. I can't even count on my fingers the number of signs he shows, but they still won't evaluate him until 3. 
You can still bring it up with your pediatrician, though. They may evaluate at two where you're from. My son's pediatrican did refer me to ECI because of his speech delay. And the speech therapist was the person who finally shared in my concerns.

So I would just be concerned about the speech thing especially if she’s not beginning to put together like 3 word sentences. Like my daughter said to my husband: I want please or juice mama thank you etc.
The lining stuff up I think is toddler stuff. When I was a toddler I liked to take all vhs tapes out of their package and then match it back together. Every niece or nephew I have I’ve seen line up their toys. My daughter does this and also will like grab out juice containers line it up just to push it over etc. I think that’s normal. 
Tantrums are also normal and each kid is different on how often they have it. My daughter has at minimum one a day.

Nope mine barely spoke too at that age - just a few words l, lined up stuff didn’t care if I messed up order and had tantrums too. All of this sounds pretty normal. Now mine doesn’t stop taking although there is some mispronunciation still. We did speech therapy and several evals and it was just a delay.

She doesn’t sound like she is on the spectrum if those are her only signs.  Lining things up and tantrums are normal.  Her speech maybe a little behind, but that doesn’t mean autism
