Don’t worry, my doctor is aware and okay with it! Just wondering if others rely on it as well.

I have to! If I don’t take unisom, I won’t ever sleep. I have severe insomnia while pregnant (probably bc I have it when I’m not pregnant, so it just got worse while pregnant). My doctor knows about it all and she told me to do what I need to, because unisom is perfectly safe. I did with my first too.

Yup! I still get “gaggy” if I don’t take it with B6. I’m 36 weeks and I don’t take it every so often just to see 😂
