I don’t seem to know what to do with myself. I feel like any bit of change to my body I’m noticing even more and I keep counting the days until I can take a test. I even took one today even though it’s wayyy early 😂

I try to ignore all symptoms and keep busy. Here are tons of options:
-organize your closet 
-organize another area of the home
-organize your spices 
-do lots of laundry 
-family history research 
-go on walks 
-binge a tv series 
-podcasts
To help with stress: 
-yoga (down dog app or yoga with adriene on YouTube) 
-meditation app (calm or headspace or insight timer) 
-walks
