Positive test then bleeding

So on the 19th of August my period was due and before it could start I took a test and it was positive. I started bleeding that day (brownish pink) for 4 days! So I figured I was out for the month. Then on the 25th, I tested again to make sure I was out because the bleeding wasn’t super heavy. I never had cramps or anything. Both tests were positive and the urine wasn’t FMU. So since I was bleeding and had a miscarriage in February I’m wondering if any other mamas have had this happen to them and what the outcome was. I know it could be nothing but it could also be something! I get blood work done today and Friday but I need to hear what other mamas went through. TIA!
