I failed the 1 hour gluclose test with a 133, so I go back on Monday for the 2-3 hr one (if I pass the first two hours I can leave otherwise I stay for the third hour.)

Is there anything I should be mindful of between today and Monday with my diet or can I eat as I normal do until the second test (aka my birthday is on Friday can I have cake?) Lol. Not to cheat the rest, if I have it- I have it. I would want to know for the health of the baby but more so I don’t want to do anything over the weekend that could badly affect baby before I know if I do have it or not. If that makes sense...
