Lucifer season 5, what did you think???

I just finished the 5th season yesterday and want to hear what everyone else thought of it! (If you’ve finished it). If you haven’t finished it or started it yet, I’d definitely recommend watching it and it seems like there’s going to be a 6th season too (though I thought this was supposed to be the final season). Overall though, the season was not as good as I was hoping it would be and was kind of a let down, in my opinion. A lot of weird character developments, and without giving too much away I think the way they wrote a few of the main characters in this season was off (mainly Chloe and Mazikeen). The season also ended rather abruptly to where there were still a lot of unanswered questions, and so it could’ve been an intentional cliffhanger, but part of me wonders if they cut the season short due to COVID or something and just decided to finish the season with what they’d already shot lol. No idea if that’s true or not.

It was still pretty good I guess, but curious to hear what others thought of the new season!
