Hi,

After 8 days of high fertility I finally got my peak this morning at 7 am. My doctor recommended to me doing it every other day, and of course last night I assumed my peak wasn’t coming and BD, previously have done it the AM before (36 hours before). I did it again this morning after I got my peak (about 15 hours since doing it the night before). Do you think I should do it again tomorrow and should I wait until night time to spread it out? Curious cause I don’t quite understand if Peak means I’ve ovulated or about to, and if so do you really need to wait 24 hours btw sex each time? And imagine today and tomorrow are the most important days, but just not sure with this OPK? TY!
