Weird belly sensations after hsg?

Hey,

I had my hsg on 8/13. I know the cramping that occurs on that first day, but after that i keep getting some very subtle cramps/sensations in my lower abdomen. I do have ovarian cysts but havent felt anything in a while and its never been this persistent. Is this normal after an hsg?
