Stopped Breastfeeding
I stopped breastfeeding on Thursday last week. I went cold turkey as my little girl was only down to 2 feeds & took cows milk in a bottle. I have been hand expressing every now & again to ease the pressure & my boobs were getting lumpy & sore. Is this normal? Will hand expressing increase my milk supply?
