So my 7 week old daughter had her first bottle of pumped milk today (she was EBF until today when I decided to try move to combi fed, still 100% breastmilk though). She had 4oz just before 6pm, breastfed a little about 8pm and just now at 9pm she projectile vomited all over the place. More than I could ever imagine a 7 week old having in their stomach to be honest. Could it be because I introduced a bottle? She took the bottle without any complaint and was happy after it, she has also been happy before and after vomiting. Really not sure what to do about it. My son projectile vomited as a baby once but he was much older and we found out he had a viral tummy bug. Is it just a coincidence that it happened on the day I tried her on a bottle? Just don't want to get myself all stressed/worked up over it.

Also if it doesn't happen again do I mention it at her checkup next week (when she will also be getting her first shots) or do I just leave it if it's a one time event?
