Scared to death.

I had a Positive test 4 weeks ago. I have Pcos. I went in for my first ultrasound today and was told I was 5 weeks. No heartbeat yet but a yolk. I had a previous miscarriage , and I’m so confused. I have to be back in 1 week. My doctor is scared it might be a blighted ovum.
