R.I.P. MITTENS

This is Mittens. She was my 1yr anniversary gift from my husband. When we got her she was 6 months. She was only 6yrs. old when she died tonight. Apparently she had a stroke at some point and when cat's have strokes a blood clot gets released and gets trapped behind their hind paws causing pain and them to not be able to walk. She also was not eating or drinking and almost screaming in pain when she walked. With time the clot goes to their brain and kills them. We had no idea or clue about any of this till I called a vet as she was taking her last breathes. PLEASE KEEP AN EYE ON YOUR FUR BABIES. IF ANYTHING SEEMS WRONG GO RIGHT TO THE VET.
