11dpo NEG Test

I keep getting a negative response on my pregnancy test since 8dpo still no BFP

Now it’s got me going crazy , I never have symptoms before I come on my cycle, besides my “V” letting me know a week before & I get a pimple on my face but it have not shown up but I am experiencing mild cramps , sharp pain my in boobs , nausea, and gas but am I tripping or should I just wait ? And my cycle is 4 days away and This is my first time trying to conceive I need help
