Dieting/exercising & Breast feeding

Now that I’m somewhat healed (almost 6 weeks pp)

I’m trynna get back into the swing of healthy eating + exercising

I’ve recently been eating really bad & have basically been stuck to my bed EBF so I’m looking to get more active to be healthy not only physically but mentally Too!

Before you all judge I’m not calorie counting or stepping on scales, this is more for feeling good altogether.

MY QUESTION IS:

Those of you breastfeeding & dieting , did the change of diet affect how much milk you were producing?
